  • Total Body Flow with band & ball

    You'll finish this class feeling strengthened and energized! We work all the major muscles as well as flowing through different places of movement, and finishing with a full body challenge. There are options for you to explore in your body, and the use of props keeps things spicy!

  • Reformer Inspired - Full length class

    A full length workout, inspired by our love of the Reformer. A great way to link exercises between the mat the reformer equipment and find length and opposition. (48 mins)

    Props: Light hand weights if you have them/ want them for extra challenge. You can't still work your muscles without.

  • Full Body Tone

    A great full body flow that will strengthen and tone. 34 mins

  • Restore 1 / Getting back to Movement

    A mindful session to start you moving after injury, pain or lack of physical activity. Uses a Pilates Ball, chair and mat. If you don't have a Pilates ball - you can use a soft cushion, rolled up. Taught by Tracey Puttergill. 42 minutes

  • Core, Abs and Glutes / Two Part Class - #2

    This session focuses on core, abs and glutes. It's part of a full class, split into 2 sessions. So you can do the 2 parts together - or separately. Check out Part 1 awesome full body movement. This session is suitable for all levels. (27 mins).
