Foundations helps you to strengthen your body by creating good technique in the basics. It helps you understand how to organise and support your body as you work through Pilates exercises, on the mat and the equipment.
Foundation 1 focuses on abdominals - practising finding both neutral and imprinted spine, ab curl technique and progressing towards a plank position.
A must for beginners and those new to Pilates!
