If you struggle with neck tension during ab curls, or every day life, start strengthening your neck. These level 1, Physio guided exercises progressively strengthen your neck, upper shoulder and back muscles that support your head during ab curls.
Repeat these exercises 3 times per day for a week, before moving onto video 2. If you find this too easy, feel free to start at video 2 now.
