This session is full of lovely articulating movements that get your spine moving from the tip to the tail. 24 mins.
Mobility is super important for the health of our spines. Age, pain, injury, and sustained postures can cause stiffness and the result can also mean a loss of stability in other parts of our spine. So to keep building our strength and core stability - continuing to move our spine and retain a good range of motion is crucial.
This session is suitable for beginners, to intermediates. It's also suitable for prenatal if the bridge series is omitted ( or limited to a max of 2 mins on your back).
For both prenatal and postnatal - in the side plank - only do the clam shell openings if your pelvis feels comfortable, and you can maintain a good lower abdominal connection.
Please listen to your body and take a pause or a rest when and if you need.
