Stage 2 is all about adding more load and resistance to whole body movements and incorporating more bending activities in the lower legs.
In Stage 2, the main exercise focus remains on strengthening the lower leg muscles. These exercises are coupled with secondary resistance training exercises for the upper body and core muscles.
Lower leg exercises you can expect in this workout include: single leg squats, deadlifts and split squats (static lunges).
Equipment needed for this session: a chair for balance if needed, a set of light weights for the arms and a single heavier weight for the deadlift.
