Legs in straps - Heavier option 2 Full springs / Lighter option 1 Full and 1
Side Lying Series - Heavier option 1 Medium + 1 Light / Lighter option 1 Medium.
Plank - Easier option 1 Med + 1 White / Harder 1 Medium or Harder again 1 light.
