  • Feel Good Body Express

    This session focuses on creating a strong center, strengthening your abdominals and your posterior chain, working your back muscles, glutes and mobilising through your spine.

  • Total Body 3

    Short and effective, this is a great workout that targets your total body with a special focus on your back, extension, and your sides. Suitable All Levels.

  • Pilates with Sarah Sweeney / Abs & Core Strength

    Sarah Sweeney takes you through a Pilates Mat session focused on Abs and Core strength. Uses the Pilates ball from our equipment pack. Intermediate

  • Strengthen & Tone 2

    Total body moves that are great for feeling long and strong, and toning your bottom and waist. Also fab for challenging and improving your control and mobility. 22 mins.

  • Total Body 5

    A full body mini session, all done in 25 minutes. You'll get spinal mobility movement, and great core and abdominal strengthening. We'll also work on our shoulder and plank strength at the end. All layered up - so you can choose the option that works for you today.

  • Arms & Core / Flow Bangle 3

    A great toning mini session for your arms, upper body. This session also challenges your core and abdominal muscles. Uses flow bangles, or light hand weights. 27 mins.

  • Ten Minute Stretch

    Move and stretch your spine and your hips. Designed for a feel good movement snack.
