In this session, Becs take you through a 32 minute mat session with a focus on your upper body, arms, and core. You'll need light hand weights, with the weight that's suitable to you. Anything from 0.5kg - 2kg. If you are fatiging quickly, you can always pop weights down and continue without. If you don't have handweights, try drink bottles or cans. Intermediate level, with options to regress and progress. 32 mins.
