Restore / Getting moving again

A mindful series designed to to start you moving after injury, pain or lack of physical activity. Gentle movement, mind-body connection, centering breathing, and progressive strengthening. Great for those who haven't exercises or moved in awhile, and those who want to begin Pilates and build a life changing habit.

Great for those with Osteo, Rheumatoid Arthritis. We use props like chairs, walls, and our ONFORM Equipment Pack to support your movement while you are creating a strong foundation for better movement.

  • Restore 4 / Feet love

    Your feet take a lot of pressure throughout the day, so in this short session we give our feet a little love! Uses a small massage ball. (Tennis ball fine), and a light TheraBand. Join Tracey as she helps you to gentle mobilise your toes and feet and give them a little mobility workout. 15 mins.

  • Restore 3 / Getting Moving Again

    The 3rd in our Restore series with Tracey Puttergill. A lovely upper body focused movement session with the goal of moving and exploring the range of movement in your shoulders. Uses a light TheraBand.

  • Restore 2 / Getting back into movement

    The second session in our Restore series. Perfect for those beginning to move again after injury, pain or lack of physical activity. You'll need your Pilates ball (or swiss ball or foam roller), a chair, bench and wall. Creates lovely tall posture as you strengthen your back line.

  • Restore 1 / Getting back to Movement

    A mindful session to start you moving after injury, pain or lack of physical activity. Uses a Pilates Ball, chair and mat. If you don't have a Pilates ball - you can use a soft cushion, rolled up. Taught by Tracey Puttergill. 42 minutes
