Essentials 4 is a total body balanced workout. Foundational moves that we can practise, and then layer to increase the challenge. Use this series to get better and stronger at the basics in order to progress yourself.
This session includes foot work, hip lifts, spinal mobility with shoulder bridges, single arm pulling straps with an abdominal focus, and leg pulling in straps in a 4 pt kneeling position, focusing on core control and glutes, single arm pulling in straps focusing on core, back and arm muscles, finishing with a spinal mobility stretch.
