Essentials 3 is a total body balanced workout. Foundational moves that we can practise, and then layer to increase the challenge.
This session includes single leg footwork, side lying leg work, focusing on hip and glute muscles, arms pulling straps with a focus on core and mid-back muscles, feet in straps, side arm work, and a core plank challenge at the end.
