Express Arms, Shoulders, Upper back

This express session targets your arms, shoulders and upper back, for toning and strengthening. Uses 1 & 2kg hand weights - see below for a guide for you. Suitable for all levels and also suitable for all trimesters during pregnancy.
Hand weight Guide
Using handweights increases the load, and therefore the challenge. The lighter the weight you use, the more repetitions you'll need to complete in order to reach the right level of fatigue in your using for adaption/change.
Be guided by your own strength in each of these moves. I am using both 2kg and 1 kg weights, because I (and most people) and generally stronger in muscles like the biceps, compared to above shoulder muscles. Having an option to increase or decrease your load depending on your strength is great.
If you are using lighter hand weights, or the lockdown staple - the water bottle or spaghetti can, you'll just need to increase your reps until you reach your maximum - ie: your muscles have fatigued and you can't do another.
