This mini session targets our core, - with a focus on our trunk and using our obliques to stabilise and also rotate our torso.
It's suitable for pre/postnatal and newbies, and also our active agers.
Modifications: Please feel free to use a chair to help provide any balance support during the standing work. Keep the finger touch light to challenge your balance.
Prenatal: Exercises suitable for trimester 1-2. If you are in your third trimester - please rest and omit whatever doesn't feel comfortable on your body.
Challenges (Optional)
In the 4 pt series - extend the opposite leg to the arm you are extending.
In the side plank series - extend your top leg - or both legs.
