A full body Pilates session specifically designed for pregnancy. I'm joined by Grace Strange from Antenatal Co. Grace is 28 weeks pregnant in this video and has been experiencing some pelvic girdle pain in day-to-day life. So for today’s session we have modified our exercises to make them more supportive through her pelvis and lower back.
To participate in this Pilates session a normal and non-complicated pregnancy and your Doctor's or Midwife’s to exercise. If you experience pelvic girdle pain chat to your Physio for strategies and exercises to help.
