Supported core, side strength through your torso and outer glutes and inner thighs, stretch and mobility. This session includes modifications to make it suitable for pregnancy. This workout is great for Trimesters 1 and 2, and if you are feeling fine throughout, Trimester 3. If you do experience aches or pains, please contact us or your Physio for further modifications.
To participate in this Pilates session, you must have your Doctor's or LMC's ok to exercise, and have a normal and non-complicated pregnancy.
This session focuses on your lower and upper body.
