Do you need experience neck tension during abdominal curl ups? Or a grumpy back after any ab work with your legs lifted up? This is a great quickie abdominal session that strengthens your abs while reducing tension through your neck and lower back. You'll need a length of TheraBand (but a long sleeve t-shirt will also work in a pinch!)
